1. General Products:

• We accept returns and offer a 7-day replacement/refund policy for all products, except processors and semi-refurbished processors.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@parastore.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Processors and Semi-Refurbished Processors:

• Our return and cancellation policies for processors and semi-refurbished processors are very strict.
• Cancellations are accepted only if you cancel before the order is out for delivery.
• Returns are not accepted after opening the seal, except in exceptional cases.
• If the seal is opened, we will accept returns only if the processor is faulty. You must provide a proof video of unboxing and installation.
• If the processor works after opening the seal, returns are not accepted. If the processor is faulty, we will refund your money after verifying the proof video.

3. Data Recovery Service:

• You will pay an advance amount of ₹200 to initiate the data recovery process.
• After receiving your HDD, we will diagnose and recover your data using our software without physically opening the HDD.
• If we cannot recover your data, we will return your HDD in the same condition and refund your advance payment.
• If we succeed in recovering your data, you will need to pay the remaining ₹800 before we return your HDD with the recovered data.
• If you cancel the recovery process after we receive your HDD, we will delete the recovered data and refund your advance payment, excluding delivery charges.
• We are not responsible for receiving faulty HDDs or shipping damages.

• If we recover your data, you will need to pay the remaining ₹800 before we return your HDD.
• If we cannot recover your data, we will return your HDD and refund your advance payment.
• If you cancel the recovery after we receive your HDD, we will delete the recovered data and refund your advance payment, excluding delivery charges.
• We are not responsible for receiving faulty HDDs or shipping damages.
